Jack Jennings becomes chicago-based sales representative for Quantum Sails

Local Chicago sailor, Jack Jennings, has joined Quantum Sail Design Group as a Sales Representative.  Jack will focus on establishing and maintaining professional relationships with new and existing Quantum customers, and strive to develop a clear and complete understanding of each individual's sailing issues and needs.

"We are truly excited to have Jack come on board in Chicago," said Mark Fiegel, Vice President of Sales for Quantum. "Chicago is a very important market to Quantum and we are serious about establishing a long term presence. We are extremely pleased to have someone of Jack's caliber represent Quantum, our new iQ technology, and most importantly our dedication to customer service."

Jack Jennings has been sailing in Chicago since the age of 15, sailing with his father Richard Jennings on the successful Pied Piper SC 70. Over the course of 15 years, Jack has won many of the major events on the Great Lakes including the Chicago-Mac Race, Chicago NOOD, and Chicago Verve Cup. He has extensive experience optimizing sails and rigs in a variety of classes, from Grand Prix yachts to the most competitive One Design classes, such as the Melges 24 and Star.

When asked what attracted him to Quantum, Jack said, "The opportunity to work closely with each individual boat will be the best part of the job. We're not just building a sail for a customer; we are incorporating the Quantum product into a complete service that works to improve each customer's sailing experience.
